Our commitment to our trainee teachers’ career in teaching lies in the foundations of our provision, is fundamental during your training year in preparing you for the teaching profession and extends into your life long teaching career.
We have a comprehensive employment support offer and we continue to support you as an Early Career Teacher, and have a professional development programme, and continue our open door policy to offer support, coaching and advice in the early years of teaching. We have an Alumni which enables us to share experiences and practice, and invite our ex trainees to come back and talk to new trainees.
