Our commitment to our trainee teachers does not end when they finish their teacher training year. Our commitment extends into your life long teaching career. We continue to support you as an Early Career Teacher, and have a professional development programme, and continue our open door policy to offer support and advice in the early years of teaching. We have an Alumni which enables us to share experiences and practice, and invite our ex trainees to come back and talk to new trainees.
