OUR PROMISE
We are committed to ensuring that every individual, regardless of background, identity, or life experience is valued and supported in the Bluecoat SCITT partnership, and beginning teachers have the opportunities needed to succeed in entering the teaching profession with confidence. We believe that quality teacher training can only take place in a culture where every trainee feels safe, respected, and supported. We do this from the moment anyone expresses an interest in our programme, through onboarding, placement, learning, assessment, and completion, and their individual identity and needs are recognised, valued, and nurtured.
